where the disciples always commited in following the lord and if they did not follow the lord or do an assignment does that make them not commited to what they set out to with the lord. Is there a scripture that illustrate that you can be commited to doing something but not have it ready to present it does that make you not commited.
2 | can you be commited without be pre | Matt 26:34 | LimeJuice | 39925
Oh my goodness What comes to mind is when Peter forsook the Lord at the cross. Three times he denied knowing Him. But we all know how committed Peter was to the Lord. God loves us and keeps us. He takes our deep wish of the heart to be committed, and then works with us so that we are able to turn areas of our life over to Him, bit by bit, this has been my experience. I hope that helps. Scriptures (sorry I don't have the exact location of these in the bible) ... no one can pluck us out of God's Hand (He is the Good Shepherd, we know His voice) ..... even though we be faithless, God remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself ..... nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus Our Lord ..... though our hearts condemn us, He is greater than our hearts ..... mercy triumphs over judgment.
