1 | Does Zech 9 indicate one or two donkeys? | Matt 21:7 | Morant61 | 185508 | ||
Greetings Dpoag! As Doc already mentioned, Hebrew poetry made extensive use of parallelisms. So, Zech. 9:9 is only referring to one donkey, the colt. Matthew's account agrees with Zech. 9:9 as Jesus only rides the colt, even though the mother comes along with the foal. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
