2 | After death do angels take us to God? | Matt 13:36 | child of light 777 | 145832
Beloved, see the following verses for your Scriptural answer: Both passages are from The Holy Bible-NIV Matthew 13:36-43 36Then he left the crowd and went into the house. His disciples came to him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.” 37He answered, “The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. 38The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. 40“As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. 41The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. 42They will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. and John 4:35-37 35Do you not say, ‘Four months more and then the harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36Even now the reaper draws his wages, even now he harvests the crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. Hope that helps! May our beloved heavenly Father continue to bless His beloved children with His Light, Love and Grace! Amen, So Shall It Be! |

3 | After death do angels take us to God? | Matt 13:36 | Ray | 145841
Hi child of light 777, I appreciate your Scriptures and the comparisons suggested by them of looking at the one who sows and the one who reaps. I appreciate the Scripture in your User Info where you quote 1 Corinthians 3:5, "What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but **God was causing the growth." John 4:41, "And many more believed because of **His word." 1) Even though I see your verses as good comparisons, I do not see how they relate to the question here. We all need to search a little further if we want to find cause to agree with Hollywood concerning the angels. From the heart, Ray |

4 | After death do angels take us to God? | Matt 13:36 | child of light 777 | 145846
Beloved Brother Ray, please allow me to clairify for you and also our brother Chusarcik then. As we look at the Parable of the "Tares among Wheat" in Matthew chapter 13, using the Holy Spirit as our guide and teacher, we clearly see in chapter 13 verse 30 where the angels indeed take us up to heaven... as it is written: "'Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.'" (The Holy Bible-NASB-Matthew 13:30) For in our Lord's beautiful and simple way he tells us that the angles, which are the harvesters, bring the wheat, which are the children of light, into the His barn, which is the throne of heaven where both our heavenly Father and His beloved Son dwell! Now, the reason the Holy Spirit instructed me to include the passage from John chapter 4 was to coralate and clairify in verses 35 and 36 that the end of the age had begun with our Lords Ministry almost 2000 years ago... as it is written: "Do you not say, ‘Four months more and then the harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. Even now the reaper draws his wages, even now he harvests the crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together." (The Holy Bible-NASB-John 4:35-36) ...so that we do not confuse the final end time Rapture of the Church at our Lord's return, with the harvest set into motion at our Lord's first arival. This is also verified by our Lord's words to the thief who was crucified with our Lord at Golgotha (which is, a place of a skull aka Calvary)... as it is written: "One of the criminals who were hanged there was hurling abuse at Him, saying, "Are You not the Christ? Save Yourself and us!" But the other answered, and rebuking him said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? "And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong." And he was saying, "Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!" And He said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise." (The Holy Bible-NASB-Luke 23:39-43) ...all done to eliminate possible confussion that angels bring us up to heaven at the time of the rapture of the Church, when those who are asleep in Christ and those who are alive at that time are caught up in the air with our beloved Lord and Savior, where they do not. Truly, I am sorry for any confusion on my first reply to our brother Chusarick. Hopefully this clears things up! We also wish to take a moment to thank you brother Ray for reminding us, to never forget that others may not be as familiar with the Holy Scriptures as ourselves, for we thought when refrencing the Parable of the "Tears among Wheat" that we were all on the same page togeather in unity. PS This to my beloved brother Ray, upon reading your profile, we see that you have been battling prostate cancer for awhile and that the last update on your condition was dated January 2nd 2004. We hope and pray you have received a victory over this terrible affliction and if not then the following prayer is for you my beloved brother. Heavenly Father, we come togeather to give you thanks and honor and praise and all glory, for you alone are the source of all things that are Holy, Rightous and True. Beloved Abba, Father bless your child Ray, who is a true man of God and a soldier in your battle against the powers of darkness, who has picked up his Cross and fights the good fight, as he persevers in your light, love and grace to share Your love with all... Father completely heal him from this cancer, which comes from the dark one, who wishes only to steal, kill and destroy all of Your precious work... Father, we ask you to rebuke the serpant and remove all traces of cancer from your beloved child, so that he may be with us for many years to come and continue to share Your love with all, who's lives he touches! For Abba Eloheim (Father God), it is your way to strengthen our faith, as you lead your children from victory to victory, as you have done throughout the ages and continue to do for all Your beloved siants, all done so that we may glorify Your Name YHVH (YAHOVAH)... Father we ask this in the name of your one and only Son in whom you are forever well pleased, the Sar Shalom (Prince of Peace), Great Comforter and Healer of all our infirmities, both great and small... the wonderfull name of Yahoshua (Jesus)! And Abba, we thank you in advance for this miracle and everything else you do for your beloved saints, both those things that we see and those that we do not! Amen, SO SHALL IT BE! Praise God for you my beloved brother... with our heavenly Fathers precious Love, dino |

5 | After death do angels take us to God? | Matt 13:36 | Ray | 145865
Hi child of light 777, The Matthew 13:30 phrase that you see clearly as the angels taking us up into heaven, "gather the wheat into my barn", may indeed mean that. However, it could also mean that the angels were gathering the wheat "together" in the barn. The explanation of the parable in Matthew 13 does not include information about the wheat and angels. So, I would say that we can not say definately that the angels carried them. The stress of the passage seems to be the activity of the angels in gathering together the tares, those who commit lawlessnes (verse 41) and does not speak to any activity with the righteous. Similarly, the parable about the fish in the net speaks about taking the wicked from among the righteous to cast them into the furnace of fire but it does not speak about any activity of the angels with the righteous. Now this is not to say that the angels are not to have this activity of carrying the righteous, I am just saying that the passage does not say that. We do better to look at a verse like Pastor Glenn contributed, Luke 16:22, where the words are actually used. P.S. Thank you, dino, for your prayers and encouragement. Each day for me is a miracle in that I am in my second "bonus" year for my cancer. My PSA is now sky high and I am taking some very strong chemo therapy and experiencing tiredness and some nausea; however I am pretty much pain free and mobile, being able to participate in various activities. God has been good. From the heart, Ray |

6 | After death do angels take us to God? | Matt 13:36 | child of light 777 | 145882
Beloved Brother Ray, please read and this time pray in the Holy Spirit for divine understanding on the following passages, for if we just use our mind to try to fathom the mysteries of Elohim (God), it simply becomes a mental exercise—an endless mind game that completely misses the point, as you can only skim the surface. And yet deep down inside, you can feel there is something that remains just out of reach… as it is written: We know that we all possess knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. 2The man who thinks he knows something does not yet know as he ought to know. 3But the man who loves God is known by God. (1 Corinthians 8:1-3 NASB) Brother, this is the living Word of Elohim (God) and no man can grasp it with the mind. You would do better to try and grasp the wind… as it is written: "10And the disciples came and said to Him, "Why do You speak to them in parables?" 11Jesus answered them, "To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. 12"For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him." (The Holy Bible- NASB-Matthew 13:10-12) And again: 9Nicodemus said to Him, "How can these things be?" 10Jesus answered and said to him, "Are you the teacher of Israel and do not understand these things? 11"Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen, and you do not accept our testimony. 12"If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? (The Holy Bible- NASB-Matthew 13:10-12) 39And He also spoke a parable to them: "A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit? 40”A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher. (The Holy Bible- NASB-Luke 6:39-40) 3I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, 4and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God. (1 Corinthians 2:3-5 NASB) Beloved Brother Ray, only when we pray to Elohim (God) for divine understanding, while filled with the Holy Spirit, can we fathom the mysteries of He who is Holy, for His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts… as it is written: 10For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 11For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. 12Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, 13which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 14But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. 15But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. 16For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ. (1 Corinthians 2:10-16 NASB) Beloved Brother, an angel of our Lord came to me at 3 A.M. this morning with the above message that is not only for you, but for all who are missing 9/10ths of our beloved heavenly Father’s Holy Living Word. For this is not a mental exercise to keep one occupied in their golden years—it is God’s beautiful Plan for our Salvation! Brother, due to the size limit allowed per entry, this completes part one, please see part two and three for the conclusion. |
