the devil knows scripture, you can teach a polly parot to quote scripture. in primary sunday school any little child can rattle off the books of the bible but only the mature spirit filled disciple can interpret the meaning. the passage you gave Matthew 22:34-40 confirms Lev. 19:18 the meaning may not be known to you.that is why he spake in parables. his words are for his disciples and not the multitudes of psuedo intellectuals, that are not in tune with the mind of Christ. More over lets examine Mark 4:11 Jesus said unto them(them being HIS disciples)Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables. | ||||||
