1 | the violent breaking away from self unto | Matt 11:12 | JOHNGO | 9571
Dear Brothers; thank you for thinking on my inquiry.I believe the violence is internal,in our pilgrims way and as we grow, we come to know what separates us from our union with HIM and the light effort we use to overcome our loved dirty "little" sins can no longer sustain us. We cry out OH MY GOD strengthen me clean me purify my heart. These and like pleas reach an intensity in our hearts that we beg my God my love i must have this else i die .Here in lies the violence. And we force ourselves out of ourselves and unto our eternal father and his kingdom. Such is one of our joys while we fight the good fight as he grows us and in his providence we soliders of JEHOVAHJESUS will no longer charge at heaven but reside there.
2 | the violent breaking away from self unto | Matt 11:12 | Makarios | 9660
Yes! This was a good observation, JOHNGO! Matthew 15:17-20, "Do you not understand that everything that goes into the mouth passes into the stomach, and is eliminated? But the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man." Nolan |
