But 2 John 1:10-11 plainly tells us when it is inappropriate to welcome someone or wish him Godspeed. Is it scriptural, I wonder, to say "God bless you" to someone who doesn't even profess to be a Christian, especially if that one is in open rebellion against what Jesus Christ taught?
