Bible Question (short): Questions about blessing others - take 2 |
Question (full): When do you bless and when is it time to remove your blessing? I am new here and trying this a 2nd time. I usually post on another board that has really been over run. One individule in particular, I feel, is either evil or has an evil spirit. As he constantly mocks for the rape and murder of my daughter (yes I know its just to get to me, bu evil that comes out the mouth comes from the heart). The reason this is my 2nd attempt is he followed me here and flooded my 1st attempt to get it disabled... As you can see below, I always sign my posts with a quick "bless". My question is based on these two passages: Luke 6:28 "bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you." Matthew 10: 13 "If the house is worthy, give it your blessing of peace. But if it is not worthy, take back your blessing of peace. 14 "Whoever does not receive you, nor heed your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake the dust off your feet." So, WWJD??? Continue to offer prayers and blessings for him, or remove the blessing and dust my feet? Bless...ArtS P.S. Usually my only reply to him is a cut and paste as to his heart and why I won't converse with him. But even with the cut and paste, my question still remains... |
