Dear Doc, That's a wonderful principle, but it doesn't help when I'm looking for proof that Jesus was the Messiah. Matthew was making a case that Christ was the Messiah because He fulfilled that prophesy, but the only way we know it was a prophesy is because Matthew's gospel says so? That doesn't sound like a very good case to me. |

Yeah, I guess I should've said Jesus. I do consider Him to be the Christ, just run into doubts from time to time and seek proof. :-) | ||||||
