2 | Facing east when praying? | Dan 6:10 | Searcher56 | 52179 | ||
Scripture ... Neh 1:3-10, 2;4-5; Dan 6:10; Jhn 4:21 ... Greetings justme, I think Daniel was the only one to face toward Jersusalem. It was because his window faced that way. He didn't go outside. Nehemiah prayed for her, but the Bible doesn't say the direction he prayed ... only the direction of his heart. Jesus said the phyiscal location wasn't important ... but, again, where the heart was. People thought they had to go to a special place to pray. Hope this helps, Searcher |
