Nolan, Jeshurun is another name for Isreal which occurs only in poetry. Jeshurun is considered to be a term of endearment that may emphasize its root meaning of "upright". In this verse it is concerning the redemption and restoration of Isreal (according to Eerdmans Bible Dictionary).
