Does the Bible mention the role of Satan before man's being on earth? In other words, what or where was evil before mankind evolved on earth? Which brings me to my second question. Were Adam and Eve prehistoric ancestors of modern man?
2 | Evil / Adam Eve prehistoric or modern? | Is 14:12 | BradK | 176367
Hello popcop, Isaiah 14:12-14 is generally considered as depicting the fall of Satan. Evil originated with him. Mankind did not evolve. God is the Creator of the universe and mankind: Gen 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Gen 1:26 "Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." Gen 1:27 "God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." I hope this helps, BradK |
