Doctrinograce, Not true. When comparing the moral state of man there are only two, sinless and sinful. Can you give me an example of each of the fourfold states of man with Scripture since you brought it up? (1) The State of Innocency (Pre-Fall) - sinless (2) The State of Bondage (Post-Fall) - sinful (3) The State of Grace (Regenerate Man) - sinless (4) The State of Glory (In the Presence of God) - sinless And, no we can't change the subject. The Scriptures are worthy for instruction. eklektos |

Dear Eklektos, Change the subject? Has anyone told you you are difficult to follow, my dear fellow? You wrote, "Can you give me an example of each of the fourfold states of man with Scripture since you brought it up?" Yes, I can... and, although you didn't ask, I will. :-) (1) The State of Innocency (Genesis 1:27 through 3:6a) (2) The State of Bondage (Genesis 3:6b Revelation 21:9) (3) The State of Grace (Genesis 3:15 (protoevangelium) through Revelation 21:9) (4) The State of Glory (Revelation 21:10 through eternity) Again, I'd urge you to study up on the subject. Much more has been discussed from the Scriptures by the men gifted to the church by Christ. Much more than I can convey in short little posts. Thank you! In Him, Doc |
