1 | Does anyone know whrn the beginning was? | Gen 1:31 | desiple Dave | 165227
From what I have learned, the beginning was not at the beginning of the bible. There was an earth destroyed before the bible was written when the devil had to be put in his place by God. You need a Dakes study bible which answers your question very thouroughly, I don't have facts in front of me with the support of the bible, so my answer is in-significant without proof from the bible, but it's there!
2 | Does anyone know whrn the beginning was? | Gen 1:31 | mark d seyler | 165253
Hi Dave, Gen 1:31 God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. If God "saw all that He had made" on the sixth day, that includes the angels. See also Psalm 104 regarding the creation of angels. That God declared all that He had made to be good, this would indicate that the angels had not yet fallen as of this sixth day of the temporal continuum. There is plenty of conjecture that there was an earthly civilization and such before the creation of the present earth, but this is not in fact supported by scripture. Love in Christ, Mark |
