6 | Why did Satan obey? | Ps 94:11 | joy101 | 135884
Wow, you are right. Satan did obey. Now, I'am just thinking outloud...Pardon if I ask a stupid question (I'm blond). God remained in control. Does God have control over Satan? If so, why does Satan live? Does he live? My head hurts, I'm going to stop now.
7 | Why did Satan obey? | Ps 94:11 | EdB | 135886
Why does God allow Satan to live. That is an interesting question and one we don't know the answer to. We know from Romans 5:3,4 that adversity builds endurance and endurance builds character and character builds hope. So perhaps God allows Satan to live to bring us adversity so we eventually build hope in our salvation. As I said the actual answer is not given us so I guess we will have to wait until we get to heaven to understand it all. EdB |
