1 | What did you learn today? | Ps 119:11 | New Creature | 41638 | ||
Ps 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. I have learned that sin can keep us from God's word, and God's word can keep us from the sin we would otherwise be inclined to commit. God's word needs to be etched upon our hearts so it will be able to guide us and speak to our consciences to keep us on the narrow path that leads to life. (Matt 7:13-14) |

Dear New Creature, Thank you for sharing the words of love and the lesson we can all ponder. May you be born from above and blessed by the word of God. Bless you, Love Fountain 1 Peter 1:21-23 21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. Thanks Love Fountain, concerning your comment: "May you be born from above and blessed by the word of God." I can assure you that I truly have been born again, or born from above, which ever you prefer, and I am a Child of God, and also that His word has been a blessing to me and continues to be, Col 1:9 I, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins: God Bless you |
