1 | Why does God respect Satan's opinion | Job 1:8 | Finder | 233065
Could someone please teach me what is going on here?: KJV Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? I don't understand why a Holy God, Who doesn't need to ask questions about what is inside the heart of people, would ask what was inside Satan's heart regarding His servant Job. Was God trying to convince Satan that He was worthy to be served by righteous men? Did God need Satan's recognition of His worthiness? Why was Satan's opinion so important to God? And why God decided to mess up Job's life just to prove to a depraved worthless Satan, that he was a righteous man? Wasn't God's testimony good enough to ascertain the fidelity of Job's heart? Why should He or Job need the rotten opinion of Satan himself? Very concerned, Finder |

2 | Why does God respect Satan's opinion | Job 1:8 | CDBJ | 233066
Greetings, It’s God’s way of showing Satan that he is barking up the wrong tree and with it he is able to bless Job beyond measure while still in this life. Now you can answer a question for me, one of the same nature. Why did Christ give those spirits in prison a lesson on the failure of their intended mission? 1 Peter 3:18B-20 but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The left their first estate in order to corrupt the seed of mankind so that the Messiah couldn’t come in the flesh from the seed of a totally human woman, but why did Christ have to show them that the weren’t successful in their endeavor ; they didn’t deserve to know? Hey CDBJ.... You have some serious reasons to backing you up on this issue... And I am very thankful to hear your objective answer to my question. But still... who would care to clarify the conscience of evil beings like Satan or these spirits in prison regarding their failure in their intended mission? Wouldn't it be better to leave them alone suffering with confusion and uncertainty? Do you think their knowledge of the real situation would add to their commdamnation? But why would God care about clarifying things to evil spirits, when Job was all along ignorant of what was going on, not even knowing that such spirit as Satan existed? Man... how I suffer because of ignorance, and God bothers in making evil spirits aware of the mysteries of life, while we have to be groping in the dark like Job.... I still don't seem to grasp the whole deal well... But do thank you for your contribution... Best wishes, Finder |

4 | Why does God respect Satan's opinion | Job 1:8 | CDBJ | 233072
Greetings, If we are ignorant of God’s Word and suffer as a result, (“Man... how I suffer because of ignorance, and God bothers in making evil spirits aware of the mysteries of life, while we have to be groping in the dark like Job....”) It’s because we have neglected to be obedient to God’s command to us. 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. The word “study” in the previous verse is the Koine Greek word “SPUDAZO” and it is in the imperative mood and the active voice which means you are to produce the action and the imperative mood means it is commanded by the Lord. By not doing this it will put one out of fellowship and your growth will be stunted. In order to grow “in Christ” we are constantly put to the test to see if we will apply Bible doctrine to our experiences or fail by trying to sustain ourselves through the energy of the flesh which is nothing more then responding to the dictates of our old sin nature. This grieves the Holy Spirit who is our personal teacher and retards the super natural way of life that’s provided for us by the Father. Christ always used Bible doctrine to combat the cosmos attacks of spiritual wickedness. Do your self a big favor and get more involved with the intake of Bible doctrine on a daily basis! Have a great day, CDBJ |
