2 | Application of broken walls | Neh 2:17 | Searcher56 | 157114 | ||
God's day to you onenehemiahtwo, In this passage, Nehemiah saw what others saw - broken walls, not because of anyone there who sinned (most likely), but the sin of ansectors. Read 2 Chronicles, 2 Kings, Jeremiah and other books ... the people had sinned for a long time, so God had Jerusalem destroyed, including the walls and the Temple. There was no plan ... that is what Nehemiah had. The hole in the wall is found elsewhere (Eze 8:7, 12:5, 12:12). |
