This is refering to what we sometimes call Levitical Law. In Ezra 3:2 we read that two sons and their brothers are building an altar and are giving an offering to God. This is no doubt done in accordance with the written "law" about offerings found in Leviticus, which was written down by Moses. Other sources list Deuteronomy 12:6 as a statement about Ezra 3:2 .
