It was written before the Apostle Paul's death. Jack P. Lewis places the book at about 58 A.D. Interestingly, the book has much to say about salvation. The Roman Road evangelist lesson is an easy way to teach someone the Gospel and help save a soul. Romans 1:16; 3:9,23; 5:6-11; 6:3-5; 10:9,10. I hope this helps.
