1 | Does God ever change his mind? | 2 Kin 20:6 | lovly2me1 | 84329 | ||
Hank, Studying is how you find out whether something is true or not. You study and then you decide. What I found is after 22 years of thinking I knew God, that he either doesnt exist or he's just very cruel. And judging from the amount of things that Christians dont know, Id say, He probably just doesnt exist. |

lovly2me1 Your right you can decide that there is no God. And now that you have made that decision just don't die! Because 1 second after you die you will know there is a God but then it will be too late. Of course then you will have all the time of eternity to think about your decision unfortunately your environment will not be conducive to philosophizing. But you can always say I did it my way. Bravo. You sound foolish to me, just like I must have sounded to other people when I used to tell them the same thing. Prove there's a God, or just say you believe there is one. Stop trying to act like you just KNOW what you are talking about. If I were to ask you what has God done for you, there is nothing more you could probably say except like all the rest of the Christians is "He woke me up this morning". Well, he woke up Saddam Husein too. He woke up Charles Manson and George Bush too. You can believe what ever you want, its your life. |

lovly2me1 You said,"If I were to ask you what has God done for you, there is nothing more you could probably say except like all the rest of the Christians is "He woke me up this morning". Your wrong there is one thing I could say, God has given me a peace about where I going to spend eternity, the grave no longer holds any fear for me. I still resist death but not from fear but becaseu death is an enemy. However when death does approach I have no fear of the unknown. I know my redeemer lives!!!!! Besides if I'm wrong what have I lost? Nothing my life is full, complete and very satisfying. If your wrong what have you lost? Eternity. Shelah EdB |
