1 | So who is right? | 2 Cor 3:17 | vume | 62141
John:8:32: And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John:17:17: Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. Romans:9:1: I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, ......our sufficiency is of God; 2Corinthians:3:6: Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. 2Corinthians:3:17: Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2Corinthians:3:18: But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. Psalms:119:25: My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word. God is Right all men are wrong, and only His Spirit leads in the way that is right. |

2 | don't just listen to gods word but do | James 1:22 | vume | 57334
Three things: 1. What you are up till this moment is the results of what God's Words Work in His Creation. 2. Faith according to Hebrews:11:1 allows the believer to produce fruits of the Spirit rising from the decaying process that results as the flesh is cucified. 3. Confession is the action manifested as a believer becomes a doer of the Word. "take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: Luke:12:12: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say. In Christ-vume |

3 | Am I following God's lead? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 52822
Lionstrong; Great sciptures that are enlightening and very appropriate as the Holy Spirit beacons. Do you step out in Faith very offten? I ask as I am very interested in what the Holy Spirit has revealed to you in relation to our obedient exchange, it just does not feel right to draw it to a close yet. Forgive me if I have taken too much liberty. LOVE vume |

4 | Are God's thoughts in Jesus Name? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 52778
To silks; My intentions would be undermined in trying to explain, read as many of my posts concerning Faith to receive your own revelation (God's thoughts). The following are a few comments from previous posts. 1. walk in newness of life has ... meaning 2. the Words we use are so limited if the Holy Spirit has not been given the right to transform our minds 3. All intimate and personal relationships with "Abba Father" must be "one of a kind". 4. (our walk) is a continous act of faith 5. Faith is action 6. Faith is not action. Faith RESULTS in action 7. can you prove that the Bible (as you interpret it...or as you don't) is truth. 8. "peace of God, which transcends all understanding" should be a product of any dialogue that is lead by the Holy Spirit. 9. We must be about our Father's business, Holy Father; What ever is in my life that is not pleasing to You I declare it to be transformed to Your will by Your Word as I enter in seeking and meditation. I ask for Grace and strength to study to be aproved. In Jesus Name I ask, AMEN. LOVE vume |

5 | Are we diosobedient without Faith? | Rom 11:32 | vume | 52701
Hey joe; Is this illustration something that clears up God's Word or am I just making mud? When my children were young I took them to a parade and my daughter spent a long time talking to Mickey Mouse. I thanked the person in the Mickey Mouse costume for entertaining my daughter. Isaiah:61:10: I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. Matthew:18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. My daughter believed she was talking to Mickey Mouse. As God's child I believe I am clothed in a robe of righteousness. I can not enter the kingdom of heaven without this Faith, nor is God pleased. vume |

6 | Is it not FAITH that pleases GOD? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 52689
Lionstrong; According to your deffinition, "grasping" and "holding" are actions. Substance in a nutshell is the clear picture of Truth that you consider grasping and holding on to as a necessary action in accepting God's Word. Hebrews:4:2: For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. We only profit (are transformed) by God's Word as we mix it with Faith. Mix is an action. It just seems that if Faith is not an action then God's Word is limited in the Work of transforming the hearer of that Word. Work again is an action, so is hearing as can be gained from God's Word (The Bible). I believe I am open minded so if you can expound on the point you are trying to demonstrate that Faith is not an action I will listen. One thing that must be considered is that action as defined and related to Faith is something only possessed by the Word that is Alive. LOVE vume |

7 | 1. Sisera and Jael - asleep or not? | Judg 4:21 | vume | 52637
Trying to put things in context; to the end of the chapter it seems that the subject was not the death of Sisera but the end of tribulation. Judgesg:5:30:...........of them that take the spoil? 31: So let all thine enemies perish, O LORD: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years. |

8 | Is it not FAITH that pleases GOD? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 52630
Lionstrong; Can faith be both substance and action? The reason I ask is that there seems to be a whole lot of the mind of God that Man (I) can not understand if FAITH does not take me (us) to It. LOVE..vume |

9 | Are God's thoughts in Jesus Name? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 52610
justme; You wrote, "Every thing from point of making Jesus Lord is walking in faith, or our old nature. Faith is action, not a thing" Yes Amen What I intended to accomplish in my post was to invite all who read and understood (have a revelation .. intimate .. relationship with daddy) the opportunity to (by faith) speak God's thoughts. What is expressed is either of the Holy Spirit or our other father. Is JESUS going to be revealed from Heaven? John:14:13: And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. John:14:14: If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. John:14:26: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John:15:16: Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. John:16:23: And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. John:16:24: Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. John:16:26: At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: Holy Father; Take the scales off our eyes and give us Your understanding and LOVE of the TRUTH. How do we ask in JESUS Name and not order as if it is within our power? vume |

10 | is it wrong to masterbate? | 1 Cor 7:9 | vume | 52167
charlene; Isaiah:55:9: For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Is it not foolish to live on the lower level when God is encouraging all to know and partake of a more excellent way? Ephesians:3:20: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Colossians:3:1: If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. |

11 | What situation brought Jesus back? | NT general Archive 1 | vume | 52163
angelface; In John 10 and 11 it looks like Jesus went to a safe place when the Jews wanted to stone him, and returned to Bethany to raise Lazarus from the grave. Why are you posting so many questions, do you have an agenda? |

13 | What is truth? | John 18:38 | vume | 52065
Ephesians:2:8: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: All of God's Word is TRUTH, and because God's thoughts are beyond the relm of worldly wisdom, I submit that truth seekers need to focus on what God's agenda must be. What is one thing that will satisfy everything that God has done? If Heaven is the answer as well as the Goal, then are the suicide pawns receiving rewards? I quess what I am saying is if you are looking for a simple answer it is JESUS the bringer of understanding to the simple. Or maybe truth is onemindedness. Wow-every jot and tiddle accounted for. |

14 | Did I stick my neck out? | Bible general Archive 1 | vume | 51843
letitrain; If what we do in the natural (physical) is by faith what God sees (observes) is righteousness. Genesis 15:6 And he [Abram] believed in (trusted in, relied on, remained steadfast to) the Lord, and He counted it to him as righteousness (right standing with God). [Rom. 4:3, 18-22; Gal. 3:6; James 2:23.] Let us pray that all physical expressions will only serve to Glorify God. No hang-ups. Even the Words we use are so limited if the Holy Spirit has not been given the right to transform our minds. Faith is the foolishness to go where no man has gone. All intamate and personal relationships with "Abba Father" must be "one of a kind". When we all (children) share HIS Thoughts as His Spirit leads only then will the Body of Christ be revealed; who knows maybe in the clouds. Have you ever walked in fog so thick you could not see the ground you were stepping on; it takes faith? |

15 | Is light reasoned or revealed? | NT general Archive 1 | vume | 51621
Blessed art thou, iknowsomestuff: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but our Father which is in heaven. The Lord Jesus possesses unlimited eternal life. Luke 17:24 For like the lightning, that flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will the Son of Man be in His [own] day. |

17 | what does it mean by chosen children? | NT general Archive 1 | vume | 51465
God says we did not choose Him but He chose us. It should be noted that just as a movie that is being made follows a script, all our liberty is foolish vanity if we do not submit to our creator. Romans:9:11: (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 1Peter:1:2: Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. Eph:2:10: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. |

18 | Right vs Righteous | NT general Archive 1 | vume | 51459
In the homes of many believers, we can find books, audio cassettes, videos, dailyword messages and many more things that pertain to the things of God. It is a blessing to hear what others have to say about the Word of God. But... Reasoning will lead the effector astray. The Holy Spirit reveals the mind of Christ that our new spirit man possesses. If we are living in denial, unwilling to repent of our reasoning then our new spirit man no longer is able to partake of the devine nature. All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. |

Heavenly Father; Thank You for providing the Way: to Hear to See to Understand to be Whole. IN JESUS NAME AMEN. Jesus is the Word! We hear the Voice faith comes by hearing. We see as we are able to do the Word-James:1:21 thru 27. Michael said; thinking of others (determines) his actions. That is the only labor I can see in being really free. Melodie K said; desires of your heart you speak them into existence A good imagination will enable you to picture the life giving Word as it enters your heart. Matthew:13:15 or Acts:28:27 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and (their) ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with (their) eyes, and hear with (their) ears, and should understand with (their) heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. 20 | Philisita and Palestinians? | Ps 60:8 | vume | 49207
The prime minister of Israel sits down with Arafat at the beginning of negotiations regarding the resolution of the conflict. Prime Minister Sharon requests that he be allowed to begin with a story. Arafat replies, "Of course." The prime minister begins his story: "Years before the Israelites came to the Promised Land and settled here, Moses led them for 40 years through the desert. The Israelites began complaining that they were thirsty and, lo and behold, a miracle occurred and a stream appeared before them. They drank their fill and then decided to take advantage of the stream to do some bathing -- including Moses. When Moses came out of the water, he found that all his clothing was missing. "'Who took my clothes?' Moses asked those around him. "'It was the Palestinians,' replied the Israelites. "Wait a minute," objected Arafat immediately, "there were no Palestinians during the time of Moses!" "All right," replied the prime minister. "Now that we've got that settled, let's begin our negotiations." |
