Not only that but also Romans 6:23 in conjunction with Romans 11:29. In the King James version of 11:29 the greek word "ametameletos" is translated as "irrevocable". Although different text use the words "without repentance", I beleive that the King James version is more accurate in this case. |

2 | Babies, born in sin? | Rom 7:9 | luther | 40599
Glad to see that someone aggrees!! Look at John 1:4,9. Then check out what Paul said in Romans 7:9-12. If the wages of sin is death then that would mean that we are all born spiritualy dead.I think that the belief of "born in sin" is in direct conflict with the verses I gave you. Adam did pass on a curse to us. But Adam's sin was in that he ate from the tree of "knowledge".Knowledge opens the door for sin ,which in turn, results in spiritual death. Thus the need to be "Born Again". Therefore, I believe that the curse of Adam is actually Knowledge and not sin. What do you think? |

3 | Mt.25:29-Stewardship of gifts or life??? | Matt 13:10 | luther | 40591
dear Beans, try this, 1)read Matthew 25:14 and ask yourself "who is this a representation of?" a)I personally prefer John 14:2-3 or 16:7 as a possible answer to this question 2)now read Matthew 25:15-28 a)could this reffer to 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 3)with all this in mind, compare Matthew 25:29 to 1 Corinthians 9:16-20 4)now turn to Luke 12:48. Does this verse confirm the explination I have offered you for Matthew 25:29? The Bible always confirms itself in many different ways.Once a believer opens up his/her heart to the Word of God, He teaches them to hear His voice. What has The Word said to you as you have researched these verses? |
