Since we are under Grace now, is it ok to go out and kill someone? Or how about lie? Or maybe commit adultry? I'm not saying that I'm under the law, I'm just saying that if you are following Christ, keeping his law will be a fruit of what you do. If you do away with the Sabbath, why do you not do away with the rest of the commandments also? | ||||||

You have a point when you say that a person should live every day like he would if in church with other Christians... but if you aren't going to observe the part of the law where it says that the seventh day (Saturday) is the Sabbath, are you going to throw away the part about not murdering? Who are we to decide to do away with the law or take parts away from the law that GOD has given? | ||||||

Notice that this says the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. Sunday is the first day of the week. People say that the law was done away with at Calvary. If the law was done away with then does that mean it is ok to kill people? Or maybe commit adultry? Or lie? Or how about worship other Gods? If you do away with one part of the law, why don't you do away with all of it? I tell you that the law was not done away with at Calvary. The law is like a mirror. It shows us our faults so that we can run to Christ and ask His forgiveness. | ||||||
