God said, "Touch not my anointed." I know we have gone through this before but I have a fear of God and will not do that.

I think that when we come to know the Lord, the Holy Spirit starts feeding us on milk, then as we progress, He switches to Pablum, then onto other more solid foods until eventually we can use His Word without getting into strife or falling on the wayside. I feel that when we reach that point then if we allow Him to, He will lead us on to greater and greater highlights in His Word. A person doesn't enter into a business and become a millionare overnight unless he is born with a silverspoon in his mouth. In order to become adept in the Word of God we must access the Holy Spirit's inifinite knowledge as He gives it to us. After all, God is not going to give us something that we cannot handle until we are ready to handle it. "Sort of like what the king told Paul: "Too much study doth make you mad, Paul:" (My version). Now what I have learned over the years is that the Holy Spirit (in my life) has gotten me to a point where I can believe for what I want to believe for. If others do not interprete the Word that way then that is their perogative. Sometimes I insert foot into mouth without checking to see if it is the right size. After checking on some of the things I have stated in this forum, I believe its a size 13 1/2. |

Well justme, I don't know if the Holy Spirit will ever leave us but I do know that we can become so hardened by our sins that we may not hear the voice of the Holy Spirit. You know the Word says if we confess our sins the Lord is just and quick to forgive us of our sins. And I believe that even though we may not come back to the Holy Spirit in the same area as when we left Him, we can eventually work ourselves up to the same area of our walk that we were in. I was going to say that the Holy Spirit would not trust us with the things that we had before, but that would go against the Word of His forgiving us now wouldn't it. Sort of like the fact that I can sin against my wife and ask her forgiveness and even though she says that she forgives me, the fact is that she will always remember it and will probably bring it up in the next argument we have. But the Holy Spirit, once He has forgiven us it is forgotten, never to bring it up again. Know what I mean or am I just rambling on? |

66 | SHARE LOVE IF JESUS AND HIS HOLY WORD | Rom 8:24 | PastorFloyd | 90032
I believe that the Scripture in John 3:16 says it all. If we have believed in the Father that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for us and was resurrected, that is the greatest miracle of all. In this day and age, a lot of people do not believe in healing miracles, miracles of prosperity, etc. Jesus is the reason for all this and our Faith in Jesus is the result of our faith that allows us to receive healings, get prosperity and so on. I have walked with Jesus for 35 years and they are years of great miracles, both for myself, my family and ministry and for others that I have followed along with. I have walked with great men of God, such as Dr. Thomas E. Slayton and his wife Gail, who through their faith in Jesus brought their son back from the dead when he had been dead for 45 minutes and in a brain-dead coma for seven months. Also the Pastor which I am affiliated with now, Pastor Robert Johnston and his wife Pam who brought their son Aaron back from the dead through their faith in Jesus. Those two boys have become a mainstay for their respective churches, based on the Word of God. |

Two young men are alive today who WERE dead. Clinically dead, because of faith in the "Stripes of Jesus. As one who has been healed of cancer two different times in this life after being given up by doctors, "by the stripes of Jesus," faith has a beginning and end here. Without faith nothing can be accomplished from God. With faith, "All things are possible with God." You had faith to believe that Jesus is the Savior when you became born-again, that same faith is the key to your healing also. Accept it and stand in faith. Jesus is not dead, neither is the healing that He gave us as He shed His Blood for us. You want to live with sickness and infirmities? That is your right. After all, God gave us a will to do what we want and to believe what we want. |

Thank you very much. I was getting discouraged by all the slamming about what I believe the Bible says. Thank you for reinstating my beliefs in the Christain community.
