I have different bibles. NKJV study, KJV, amplified, and NLT. Is one more accurate or all the same info, just written so more user friendly. Im so new to this scene and very confused about where i belong. Thank you for your patience and kindness in advance.

Hello mikec, I don't want to add too much confusion to what has been recommended. I agree with kalos that NKJV and NASB are good translations. I've used both. My current preferences (and the ones I recommend to any who ask) are New Living Translation (NLT) and English Standard Version (ESV). NLT as easier to read, and ESV is more literal. Steve |

hi mikec,I was given a Ryrie study Bible in 1980 nasb version, and I enjoy it. It has great footnotes and is easy to read.Plus enough margin on sides for notes.
