1 | Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons? | OT general | Hank | 24873
janet, in response to this truly monumental theological question, "Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?" you said, "yes I do think they did because gods word says I knew you in your mothers womb and we have belly buttons. man was created in the image of god."...... Now this leads to further questions. (1) Who were the mothers of Adam and Eve? (2) Does God also have a belly button?..... In your answer, please footnote it with scriptural references (just for the record). Have a nice day. --Hank

Now you got me wondering about that. If God has a belly button is it an iney or an outey. Boy all these deep theological questions no wonder there are so many confused people in the world. |

Just believe it, Ed, and don't have a doubtie..... If it isn't an innie, it must be an outie. But were buttons invented back in Adam's day? Apples were, of course, because Eve ate one and Adam had one in his throat. (Reference: Dr. Raz Flagtornue, "The Umcan Morite Chronicles" Vol II, page 93493.) --hAnK

Whew! That cleared up a lot of doubt. Boy you don't know how was making rethink the meaning of life. By the way can anyone suggest a good neck man. I nearly broke mine as I rolled out of my chair trying to get a better look at my navel to see if I could see a "Patent pending" stamp on it. I was thinking it would shed some light on who first invented the belly button. I will leave no rock unturned nor Ed for that matter until I get to the bottom of this question. EdB |
