Hello, justme or is it farout? I notice that you signed this post "agape, farout" and thus infer that you, justme, are the erstwhile "farout" with whom, as farout, I've had occasions to interact, rather pleasantly as I recall. Am I right? --Hank

I notified the forum, webmaster that I was uncomfortable with the implication by others that my name implied theology was indeed too far out, like liberal. I did this with proper notification. No intention was made to deceive or confuse anyone. I recieved an e-mail from Lockman not exactly understanding why, but acknowleged the name change. I have not used farout from that time, I hope. If I have, it was not intentional. I sincerely hope this fully explains the justme. Should you or anyone have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask me. agape, justme |

Oh, no, no, no! Please don't think that there is any sinister motive in my detection that "farout" became "justme" or that you have done anything wrong, illegal, or in violation of forum rules. Not so at all. What you did is perfectly permissible, and three of our most prolific and respected users have changed their user names. It's when someone has their account revoked for abuse under one user name and attempts to bounce back under another user name -- that's not exactly cricket, and the Lockman Foundation, who didn't just fall off a turnip truck last Tuesday, has ways of knowing this and puts a quick stop to it. While you're 'on the phone' justme, I want to say a word from the heart on the subject of grammar and spelling. You were berating yourself in a recent post to me (to which I am only now responding) about your perceived lack of skill in English usage. Please don't. When I read your posts that are so full of your love for Christ and His people, I am so moved by this that I am totally blind to what may be an occasional fracture of the king's English! By the way, justme, how are you feeling these days? I remember that some time ago you mentioned that you were on a rather heavy regimen of medication. --Hank
