1 | Catholic and Mary, what's the deal | Bible general Archive 1 | inmyheart | 48037 | ||
Hi, I only want to agree with you. I was raised Catholic, and I still don't know what that means, spiritually speaking. Looking back, to me it was a way to satisfy my need to "know" God. My life proved that God was not in my life, no matter how many "hail Mary's" I recited! John 14:6, says that (Jesus speaking), "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man comes unto the Father, but by me." I mean is that clear enough? To me it is! Do you think that Mary had to be saved? There will be someone who will be able to give a little more insight, and I'll be looking for an explaination too. God bless you. |

Greetings inmyheart ! Do check out the other replies on this thread! I would bring this Scripture to your attention as well as what has been suggested: And Mary said:"My soul exalts the Lord,And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. Luke 1:46-47 Obviously, Mary KNEW she needed a Savior too! Blessings, mommapbs |

mommapbs, I'm rushing, on my way to a bible study, but you have a interesting screen name! and I don't have time to review your personal profile, what does it mean? Back to why I'm responding, actually I meant to post my comment as a statement, not a question. I thank you for your verse. One more thought on me being Catholic, I actually believed I was going to Heaven :)! But now, Thank God, I have Jesus in my heart and I'm Kingdom walking now. Talk to you later, when I get back from my study, mommapbs hummm? God Bless You |
