1 | Who goes to heaven? | Rev 20:12 | kalos | 141584
You can't go to heaven because of your good works -- period. All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 (KJV) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. Isaiah 64:6 (ESV) We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away. |

2 | Who goes to heaven? | Rev 20:12 | Tan | 141587
Dear Greentwiga, thank you for your answer. My brother asked me that question and I said that you have to believe in Jesus to go to heaven, beacuse through faith in Him, we are cleared of our past sins and that has to do only with faith and not with good deeds (Eph 2:5-10). Am I mixing the salvation and going to heaven? So: you definetly go to heaven if you are saved but if you are not, you are judged only by your deeds? If you have time I'd love to read your answer to my question again. |
