1 | question about the comma johannim | 1 John 5:7 | abearmenta | 175055

2 | question about the comma johannim | 1 John 5:7 | mark d seyler | 175099
Hi abearmenta, The LBLA was translated by a different group of translators than was the NASB. Both used the NU-26 as their primary Greek manuscript, but they also referrenced other manuscripts as well, and the two groups apparently made different textual decisions on this passage. There are strong arguments both for and against this passage, with learned and competent scholars on both sides of the debate. I hope this helps! Love in Christ, Mark |
