1 | married | Heb 13:4 | Cody Mac | 206635
This verse doesnt say they cant live together. Matthew 10:6, Genesis 2:24. This verse from Hebrews proves that sex after marriage can be fornication though. Sex after marriage is suppose to be between two people that love each other and out of love, it is also intended for reproduction. If two people get married soley to have sex it is lust. Lust is a sin, fornication.

Hello Cody, I may be missing your point. My intent wasn't to necessarily say that Heb. 13:4 says they can't live together. I was trying to convey a principle of married life- to which the verse certainly applies. I'm not sure how Matt 10:6 applies at all. Gen. 2:24 doesn't say anything about living together either, does it? :-) Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |

3 | married | Heb 13:4 | Cody Mac | 206642
Genesis 2:24 says that finding a wife is the reason a man shall leave his home. To live with his wife...its really in black and white. As for Matthew 10:6...it was suppose to be Matthew 19:6 if you go back a verse to Matthew 19:5 even Jesus says what is spoken in Genesis. If married people arent suppose to live together then everyone since Adam and Eve has broken what God has said and Heaven must be empty.
4 | married | Heb 13:4 | CDBJ | 206645
Greetings Cody, You have me confused for sure! What do those verses have to do with heaven being empty even if it were true about living together as you stated. You made the comment: “If married people arent suppose to live together then everyone since Adam and Eve has broken what God has said and Heaven must be empty.” Everyone since Adam and Eve have actually gone against God but that doesn’t mean that heaven is empty. “We are all eternally separated” from God because of Adam’s sin. But God has resolved this problem “for all those” that are willing to exhibit an “undivided trust and belief” in “Jesus, God’s Son”, and what “He” did for us on the cross. 1 Cor. 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. Being in Christ isn’t an automatic thing like being in Adam; have you made that decision yet or is that something you're still working on? Have a great day, CDBJ |

5 | married | Heb 13:4 | Cody Mac | 206646
I was trying to point out that everyone since Adam and Eve that have been married have lived together. It is perfectly fine for a man to marry a woman and the two live together. I have never read otherwise, I have never heard preached otherwise and I have never teached otherwise.

Hi Cody, I understand that as a fact, what I don’t understand is what difference that would make either way with anyone being in heaven or not. CDBJ |
