1 | Did Stephen see the Father? | Acts 7:55 | skccab | 195326
Shalom sweet brother, I probably shouldn't have said "little box" but I was picturing Him bursting out of the "littleness" my own mind had been keeping Him in. I don't know, maybe so that I could comprehend Him. But He's too big, He's incomprehensible! If I want to grow, I have to let Him be the Awesome God that He is. I can't apprehend Him but He can apprehend me! Am I making sense, or not being clear again? See, I wasn't putting Doc down, he's a dear. I just sometimes can't say in black and white words what's in my heart and get misunderstood. But that's ok. Thank you for helping me see this. :-) learning and loving it Cheri |

2 | Did Stephen see the Father? | Acts 7:55 | lionheart | 195335
Cheri, Dearest sister and friend I agree with John. Wev'e all been guilty at some point of putting God in a box. But dear heart ya know what the beauty of all this is. By His grace we can all grow and change on a daily basis. In Him, lionheart |

3 | Did Stephen see the Father? | Acts 7:55 | skccab | 195336
Afternoon Lionheart, I can tell you He's no longer in a box that I've created! I've given up trying to understand with my little mind. And like Doc said, it's awe-inspiring, it's frightening - but it's also liberating. It frees me up from "trying to be" to letting Him do. Do you know what I mean? Cheri |
