Greetings, New Creature. NWT: "Nutty Worthless Translation" -- that's better than mine. I call it a "Nit-Wit Transformaton," because it is a ridiculous effort made by a bunch of nit-wits to transform -- not translate -- Scripture to fit an equally ridiculous set of false doctrines..... Your experience in dealing with the JW is not unique. I've found that the way these cultists deal with issues they don't understand and don't have pat answers for is by changing the subject or walking away with a dazed look on their faces. Perhaps you've noticed the same thing on this forum. When the far-out cultists are challenged by the truth and asked pointed questions, as often as not they simply ignore the question. If my beliefs led me to an outright denial of the full deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, I believe I'd have enough sense not to expose my ignorance on a Christian forum. On the other hand, if I were so spiritually dull and blind as to deny Christ's deity in view of what Scripture plainly teaches, I probably wouldn't be aware of the vast extent of my ignorance! --Hank | ||||||
