It was not meant to be Biblical. It was from my experience. Try it yourself and see. I was not trying to make a Biblical point. I just thought it was interesting. | ||||||

If someone says they weer baptized in Jesus name only and didn't receieve the Holy Spirit ... this contradicts Acts 2:38 and therefore is contrary to the Biblical. While it may be interesting, I will never try it, because it is against what God says ... THEY ARE WRONG. | ||||||

You can be baptized in Jesus name only and yet have not recieved the Holy Spirit. The first step of Acts 2:38 is to repent. Scripture also backs this up. Acts 8:16 "For he had not yet fallen upon any of them, but they had only been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus." And it shows in verse 22 that Simon had not repented. | ||||||
