Greetings Searcher56! The real problem is that one cannot even get someone to read the Bible period, whether in a year or more! :-) I do a one year Bible reading plan, but that is just my devotional reading. For serious study, I set aside a seperate time. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

Tim: I agree. We need not lose sleep worrying that too many people may read the Bible through in a year. I like your plan. As long as one realizes that reading the Bible and studying the Bible are not the same thing and that both are necessary, then I don't see a problem with reading the Bible through once a year. No one will ever be familiar with the content of the Bible without READING it. And no one will ever learn the Bible without studying it. Merry Christmas! --Kalos |
