1 | relations after divorce? | Matt 19:5 | D Blesser | 110605
No, it is not considered adultery to have relations with her. Because you divorced her she is still your wife according to Gods law. The fact that neither of you have married another and has stayed committed to each other that makes it ok. I am doing the same with my ex-wife. Our brief seperation has allowed us to mature as a couple. And it is beautiful, I mean its great and I thank God everyday for her. I wish you and your wife total blessings. |

The only thing I have right now is this, Mark 10:11-12. When he speaks of putting away hes referring to divorce and if hes telling you that it is adultry to marry someone else then theres still a covenant there between the two. In todays society divorce by the worlds law means the end but not so of the word. Also 1 Corithians 7:11 saying if she depart let her remain unmarried or be reconciled with her husband. The marrage vowls does not say until divorce comes, it says until death do you part. I hope I was able to help. I will research further for more clarity. BE BLESSED
