Dear Corin, No, I cannot teach you such a prayer. If I did, it would be my prayer and not your own. However, Scripture assures us that God will hear the prayer of the person who is destitute (Psalm 102:17). That means being poor in what you can do for Him. Poor in your own ability to save yourself. So you can call out to Him to have mercy on you. Then continue to read the Scriptures, since that is the means He has made for us to have faith (Romans 10:17). Without faith, it is impossible to please Him (Hebrews 11:6). Therefore persistently read the Word and persistently pray, asking God to have mercy on you. He will hear and respond... but He rarely does this in a way we expect. I and others in the forum will be praying for you. Indeed, I will go to prayer for you right this moment. In Him, Doc |
