thanks. Rebuke may not be fun, but it sure gives a lot of wisdom. And thanks for making me see I wasn't being completly clear. It stems from having a friend who goes to church but doesn't belive in Hell. Aside from that, I think of hell as where god is Not. You know, he is the I AM; he is here, now, and every single second of the Present is occupied by Him. another friend of mine thinks Hell is satan's paradise. "He's used to fire!" he says. "How is hell going to hurt him?" So I say not even Satan can lift a finger without God ordaining it. In Hell, Satan will be tormented forever in the Vacuum created by God's absence. And I know; God is here, but torment is here, too, because the first humans chose Sin instead of obeying God. Thanks for correcting me. I stand gratefully corrected. god bless. |
