Hi Steve, Thank you so much for your reply. Could you give me a scriptural or personal opinion, as to whether this scripture also relates to born-again christians in a defacto or same sex relationship who do not wish to change their lifestyle. I did send another reply, but am not sure if it was sent correctly. Many thanks. |

Hello ceebee7, Absolutely, your situation fits. Look at this: 1 Cor. 5:11 (ESV) But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one. Hi Steve, Thank you so much. This has been our view also, but I did not want to influence your reply with my opinion. I think you may have answered a ? several months ago from me. I said you were a "little ripper", which in Australia is very much a compliment NOT an insult. Thank you once again for the answer. Reading on the next 2 verses adds to verse 11 of 1Corinth. 5. Many thanks, Joan (ceebee7's wife) |
