41 | Is the book Revelation from Ezekiel? | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130037
The book of Ezekiel is from the Holy Spirit, 2Peter 2:20. The entire Bible was written by the Holy Spirit. Although you may see some of Isaiah and Daniel as well of Ezekiel in the Book of Revelation. The Bible is a compilation of the Holy Spirit revelation to Mankind, throughout the ages. Perhaps this can be illustrated this way. I was at the Holiday Inn Airport Hotel. The Elevators have mirrors on both side walls. I looked to the Right and to the Left and saw different sides of ME! Yet I looked and could see for Eternity, both left and right, even though it was a REFLECTION OF BOTH MIRRORS. That is how the Bible is, the OT and the NT reflect each other. Thank you!
42 | Explain brethren dwelling in unity | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130039
Human Unity can be accomplished by the Holy Spirit as in Ephesians 4:3. The unity of Psalms can be viewed as unity in many aspects, as the psalms were used in Worship, it can mean worship. I could also refer to Unity of Amos 3:3. The only Real True Unity, is when we will be the completed Body of Christ, His Bride in Heaven, where we shall Worship God, for ever and for ever! Thank you!
43 | Is the book Revelation from Ezekiel? | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130076
No one can 'prove to you' anything. "The entire Bible is taken by Faith!" Can you prove that 'he didn't write it?' What difference does it make who the human author was? The Bible was written the Holy Spirit, 2Peter 1:21. The Word of God is completely TRUE, or else Satan would not have said, "HAS GOD REALLY SAID...Genesis 3:1" If it is not True, why do so many people Hate the Word of God? Thank you!
44 | How can God regret something He did? | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130239
First of all, God who we cannot understand but is revealed 'Himself to us' through His Word, 1Samuel 3:21 has told us in Isaiah 55:8-9 that His thoughts are above ours. He communicates through His Word, with "Word Pictures and Concepts and Types.' We then has a partial understanding of what He is doing, and has done. Why did God reqret allowing Israel to have a KING? Just look at what the Kings did, in 1 and 2 Kings and 1 and 2 Chronicles! Solomon is why 'he had all the wisdom' and did 1Kings 11:1-4. Those wives turned Israel to Baal Worship and all the Abominations. The bottom line, "Some times we ask God for Something and WE GET IT - BUT: the end of what we get, causes heartache and pain for countless generations, and causes the Name of God to be 2Samuel 12:14. God also said, Psalms 106:15. Now, should Israel have asked for a King? Wasn't God as King, ENOUGH? Jesus will reign as King here soon enough! Amen? Thank you!

2 Timothy 3:16-17. is your Key! "Modern Interpetation" means we want a 'of the times' interpetation. For example, a modern interpetation of Exodus 20:13 means that we can "Kill a Baby in the Womb!" (1Peter 2:13-14) Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; (1Pet 2:14) Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS - "ACTS 5:29", when the authorities Command us by law or percept, 'to disobey the Law of God!' Thank you! |

For Good or for Evil? The Holy Spirit controls for Good! Lying spirits are to bring division and doubt against the Word of God, as in Genesis 3:1, "Has God really said...?" The key is which spirit are you speaking about? (1Cor 14:32) And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. Either True or False! Thank you! |

54 | Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust. | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130821
(Genesis 2:7) And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. You have also to be careful of what most clergy say, as much of it is "the Tradition of the Elders" and may not be Scriptural! Similar to the cartoon, "Vegi-Tales!" which is Only Stories about the Bible, often leaving out Important Truth! On thought for you, instead of "looking for Answers" may I suggest "looking for Principles of how God has dealt with Mankind? ALSO: (2Timothy 2:15-16) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of Truth.(2Tim 2:16) But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. |

55 | Yet Another Opinion on Baptism, Part 1 | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 131065
(John 19:30) When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. This is call "The Finished Work of Christ!" One Complete Sacrifice for All Time. There nothing that can be added, as Christ paid the price requirement of God, i.e. (1Corinthians 5:7) Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: YES! Christ is our Passover. That one Sin sacrifice for all time. Actuall in the Greek, "it is finished" is a Legal Term. All the legal requirements of God, were filfulled when Christ Died, and rose again from the Dead! "According to the Scriptures!" That is how our belief is required, as Christ said in John 7:38. That is why the Word says, (Ephesians 1:12-14) That we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ. (Eph 1:13) In Whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the Word of Truth, the gospel of your salvation: in Whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, (Eph 1:14) Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory. Salvation is the Holy Spirit, that seals a Believer, and keeps him till the Body is redeemed by the return of Christ. Water Baptism cannot add anything to the Finished Work of Christ. Without the Holy Spirit, one cannot be called a real believer, not matter what they 'think!' The Word is the final authority, over all doctrine. No church can dictate what we are to believe. No doctrine written by man can tell us what we are to believe. The Final Word says, (Luke 4:4) And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word of God. Thank you! |

57 | Determine if the wife was a virgin or no | Amos 1:1 | ROGER459 | 131142
(Deuteronomy 22:14-17) And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:(Deut 22:15) Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate: (Deut 22:16) And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her; (Deut 22:17) And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. SPECIAL NOTE: in todays culture with all the Sex protrayed on TV, in Songs, in Videos and Movies, it takes a Committed Parnet[s] to keep a woman a vigin for her future husband. The mother is the primary keeper of that treasure, as she has to portray that Holiness of 1Peter 3:1-6. As a girl sees it modled by 'her mother' and she has a relationship with Christ, she will keep herself "pure and chaste' for her future husband! Thank you! |

58 | Visions through angelic messengers only? | Obad 1:1 | ROGER459 | 130546
HOW WOULD YOU 'CERTIFY A VISION?' Does it come with a 'certificate of authenticity?' Why would one believe some vision when the Word of God has all we need? It is Complete and does not need any other validation. See John 17:17, Psalms 119:106 and Psalms 19:7-14. I ask you, what more can anyone ask for? Absolutely Nothing! Besides how would you know if the certifible vision wasn't from 2Corinthians 11:13-15? Simple it can be tested by Acts 17:11. Thank you!
59 | How does pride influence self-deception? | Obad 1:3 | ROGER459 | 130628
GOD'S SHORT ANSWER! (Romans 1:18-25) For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (Rom 1:19) Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.(Rom 1:20) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (Rom 1:21) Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.(Rom 1:22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (Rom 1:23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. (Rom 1:24) Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:(Rom 1:25) Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Thank you! |

60 | Can mortals ascend into the heavens? | Obad 1:4 | ROGER459 | 130669
(2Corinthians 12:2-4) I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. (2Cor 12:3) And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) (2Cor 12:4) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. Thank you! |
