			Ezra 7:1 Now after³¹⁰ these⁴²⁸ things¹⁶⁹⁷, in the reign⁴⁴³⁸ of Artaxerxes^783a king⁴⁴²⁸ of Persia⁶⁵³⁹, there went up Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ son¹¹²¹ of Seraiah⁸³⁰⁴, son¹¹²¹ of Azariah⁵⁸³⁸, son¹¹²¹ of Hilkiah²⁵¹⁸,
			Ezra 7:6 This¹⁹³¹ Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ went⁵⁹²⁷ up from Babylon⁸⁹⁴, and he was a scribe^5613b skilled⁴¹⁰⁶ in the law⁸⁴⁵¹ of Moses⁴⁸⁷², which⁸³⁴ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ God⁴³⁰ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸ had given⁵⁴¹⁴; and the king⁴⁴²⁸ granted⁵⁴¹⁴ him all³⁶⁰⁵ he requested¹²⁴⁶ because the hand³⁰²⁸ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ his God⁴³⁰ was upon him.
			Ezra 7:10 For Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ had set³⁵⁵⁹ his heart³⁸²⁴ to study¹⁸⁷⁵ the law⁸⁴⁵¹ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ and to practice^6213a it, and to teach³⁹²⁵ His statutes²⁷⁰⁶ and ordinances⁴⁹⁴¹ in Israel³⁴⁷⁸.
			Ezra 7:11 ¶ Now this²⁰⁸⁸ is the copy⁶⁵⁷² of the decree⁵⁴⁰⁶ which⁸³⁴ King⁴⁴²⁸ Artaxerxes^783a gave⁵⁴¹⁴ to Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸, the scribe^5613b, learned^5613b in the words¹⁶⁹⁷ of the commandments⁴⁶⁸⁷ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ and His statutes²⁷⁰⁶ to Israel³⁴⁷⁸:
			Ezra 10:1 Now while Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ was praying⁶⁴¹⁹ and making³⁰³⁴ confession³⁰³⁴, weeping¹⁰⁵⁸ and prostrating⁵³⁰⁷ himself before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the house¹⁰⁰⁴ of God⁴³⁰, a very³⁹⁶⁶ large^7227a assembly⁶⁹⁵¹, men³⁷⁶, women⁸⁰² and children³²⁰⁶, gathered⁶⁹⁰⁸ to him from Israel³⁴⁷⁸; for the people^5971a wept¹⁰⁵⁸ bitterly^7235a^,¹⁰⁵⁹.
			Ezra 10:2 Shecaniah⁷⁹³⁵ the son¹¹²¹ of Jehiel³¹⁷¹, one of the sons¹¹²¹ of Elam^5867b, said⁵⁵⁹ to Ezra⁵⁸³⁰, "We have been⁴⁶⁰³ unfaithful⁴⁶⁰³ to our God⁴³⁰ and have married³⁴²⁷ foreign⁵²³⁷ women⁸⁰² from the peoples^5971a of the land⁷⁷⁶; yet now⁶²⁵⁸ there³⁴²⁶ is hope^4723a for Israel³⁴⁷⁸ in spite⁵⁹²¹ of this²⁰⁸⁸.
			Ezra 10:5 ¶ Then Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ rose⁶⁹⁶⁵ and made the leading⁸²⁶⁹ priests³⁵⁴⁸, the Levites³⁸⁸¹ and all³⁶⁰⁵ Israel³⁴⁷⁸, take⁷⁶⁵⁰ oath⁷⁶⁵⁰ that they would do^6213a according to this²⁰⁸⁸ proposal¹⁶⁹⁷; so they took⁷⁶⁵⁰ the oath⁷⁶⁵⁰.
			Ezra 10:6 Then Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ rose⁶⁹⁶⁵ from before⁴⁴⁸⁰^,⁶⁴⁴⁰ the house¹⁰⁰⁴ of God⁴³⁰ and went¹⁹⁸⁰ into the chamber³⁹⁵⁷ of Jehohanan³⁰⁷⁶ the son¹¹²¹ of Eliashib⁴⁷⁵. Although he went¹⁹⁸⁰ there⁸⁰³³, he did not eat³⁹⁸ bread³⁸⁹⁹ nor³⁸⁰⁸ drink⁸³⁵⁴ water⁴³²⁵, for he was mourning⁵⁶ over⁵⁹²¹ the unfaithfulness⁴⁶⁰⁴ of the exiles¹⁴⁷³.
			Ezra 10:10 Then Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸ stood⁶⁹⁶⁵ up and said⁵⁵⁹ to them, "You have been⁴⁶⁰³ unfaithful⁴⁶⁰³ and have married³⁴²⁷ foreign⁵²³⁷ wives⁸⁰² adding³²⁵⁴ to the guilt⁸¹⁹ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸.
			Ezra 10:16 ¶ But the exiles¹¹²¹^,¹⁴⁷³ did^6213a so³⁶⁵¹. And Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸ selected⁹¹⁴ men³⁷⁶ who were heads⁷²¹⁸ of fathers'¹ households for each of their father's¹ households¹⁰⁰⁴, all³⁶⁰⁵ of them by name⁸⁰³⁴. So they convened³⁴²⁷ on the first²⁵⁹ day³¹¹⁷ of the tenth⁶²²⁴ month²³²⁰ to investigate¹⁸⁷⁵ the matter¹⁶⁹⁷.
			Neh 8:1 And all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a gathered⁶²² as one²⁵⁹ man³⁷⁶ at the square⁷³³⁹ which⁸³⁴ was in front⁶⁴⁴⁰ of the Water⁴³²⁵ Gate⁸¹⁷⁹, and they asked⁵⁵⁹ Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the scribe^5613b to bring⁹³⁵ the book⁵⁶¹² of the law⁸⁴⁵¹ of Moses⁴⁸⁷² which⁸³⁴ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ had given⁶⁶⁸⁰ to Israel³⁴⁷⁸.
			Neh 8:2 Then Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸ brought⁹³⁵ the law⁸⁴⁵¹ before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the assembly⁶⁹⁵¹ of men³⁷⁶, women⁸⁰² and all³⁶⁰⁵ who could listen⁸⁰⁸⁵ with understanding⁹⁹⁵, on the first²⁵⁹ day³¹¹⁷ of the seventh⁷⁶³⁷ month²³²⁰.
			Neh 8:4 Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the scribe^5613b stood⁵⁹⁷⁵ at a wooden⁶⁰⁸⁶ podium⁴⁰²⁶ which⁸³⁴ they had made^6213a for the purpose¹⁶⁹⁷. And beside^681a him stood⁵⁹⁷⁵ Mattithiah⁴⁹⁹³, Shema^8087b, Anaiah⁶⁰⁴³, Uriah^223a, Hilkiah²⁵¹⁸, and Maaseiah⁴⁶⁴¹ on his right³²²⁵ hand³²²⁵; and Pedaiah⁶³⁰⁵, Mishael⁴³³², Malchijah⁴⁴⁴¹, Hashum²⁸²⁸, Hashbaddanah²⁸⁰⁶, Zechariah^2148a and Meshullam⁴⁹¹⁸ on his left⁸⁰⁴⁰ hand⁸⁰⁴⁰.
			Neh 8:5 Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ opened^6605a the book⁵⁶¹² in the sight⁵⁸⁶⁹ of all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a for he was standing above⁴⁴⁸⁰^,⁵⁹²¹ all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a; and when he opened^6605a it, all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a stood⁵⁹⁷⁵ up.
			Neh 8:6 Then Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ blessed¹²⁸⁸ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ the great¹⁴¹⁹ God⁴³⁰. And all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a answered^6030a, "Amen⁵⁴³, Amen⁵⁴³!" while lifting⁴⁶⁰⁷ up their hands³⁰²⁷; then they bowed⁶⁹¹⁵ low⁶⁹¹⁵ and worshiped⁷⁸¹² the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ with their faces⁶³⁹ to the ground⁷⁷⁶.
			Neh 8:9 ¶ Then Nehemiah⁵¹⁶⁶, who¹⁹³¹ was the governor⁸⁶⁶⁰, and Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸ and scribe^5613b, and the Levites³⁸⁸¹ who taught⁹⁹⁵ the people^5971a said⁵⁵⁹ to all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a, "This¹⁹³¹ day³¹¹⁷ is holy⁶⁹¹⁸ to the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ your God⁴³⁰; do not mourn⁵⁶ or weep¹⁰⁵⁸." For all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a were weeping¹⁰⁵⁸ when they heard⁸⁰⁸⁵ the words¹⁶⁹⁷ of the law⁸⁴⁵¹.
			Neh 8:13 ¶ Then on the second⁸¹⁴⁵ day³¹¹⁷ the heads⁷²¹⁸ of fathers'¹ households of all³⁶⁰⁵ the people^5971a, the priests³⁵⁴⁸ and the Levites³⁸⁸¹ were gathered⁶²² to Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the scribe^5613b that they might gain^7919a insight^7919a into the words¹⁶⁹⁷ of the law⁸⁴⁵¹.
			Neh 12:1 Now these⁴²⁸ are the priests³⁵⁴⁸ and the Levites³⁸⁸¹ who⁸³⁴ came⁵⁹²⁷ up with Zerubbabel²²¹⁶ the son¹¹²¹ of Shealtiel⁷⁵⁹⁷, and Jeshua³⁰⁹¹: Seraiah⁸³⁰⁴, Jeremiah³⁴¹⁴, Ezra⁵⁸³⁰,
			Neh 12:13 of Ezra⁵⁸³⁰, Meshullam⁴⁹¹⁸; of Amariah⁵⁶⁸, Jehohanan³⁰⁷⁶;
			Neh 12:26 These⁴²⁸ served in the days³¹¹⁷ of Joiakim³⁰⁷⁹ the son¹¹²¹ of Jeshua³⁰⁹¹, the son¹¹²¹ of Jozadak³⁰⁸⁷, and in the days³¹¹⁷ of Nehemiah⁵¹⁶⁶ the governor⁶³⁴⁶ and of Ezra⁵⁸³⁰ the priest³⁵⁴⁸ and scribe^5613b.
