			Ezra 7:14 "Forasmuch³⁶⁰⁶^,⁶⁹⁰³^,¹⁷⁶⁸ as you are sent⁷⁹⁷² by the king⁴⁴³⁰ and his seven⁷⁶⁵⁵ counselors^3272a to inquire¹²⁴⁰ concerning⁵⁹²² Judah³⁰⁶¹ and Jerusalem³³⁹⁰ according to the law¹⁸⁸² of your God⁴²⁶ which¹⁷⁶⁸ is in your hand³⁰²⁸,
			Ezra 7:21 ¶ "I, even I, King⁴⁴³⁰ Artaxerxes^783b, issue⁷⁷⁶¹ a decree²⁹⁴² to all³⁶⁰⁶ the treasurers¹⁴⁹⁰ who¹⁷⁶⁸ are in the provinces beyond⁵⁶⁷⁵ the River⁵¹⁰³, that whatever³⁶⁰⁶^,¹⁷⁶⁸ Ezra⁵⁸³¹ the priest³⁵⁴⁹, the scribe^5613a of the law¹⁸⁸² of the God⁴²⁶ of heaven⁸⁰⁶⁵, may require⁷⁵⁹³ of you, it shall be done⁵⁶⁴⁸ diligently⁶²⁹,
			Ezra 7:25 ¶ "You, Ezra⁵⁸³¹, according to the wisdom²⁴⁵² of your God⁴²⁶ which¹⁷⁶⁸ is in your hand³⁰²⁸, appoint⁴⁴⁸³ magistrates⁸²⁰⁰ and judges¹⁷⁸² that they may judge¹⁹³⁴^,¹⁷⁷⁸ all³⁶⁰⁶ the people⁵⁹⁷² who¹⁷⁶⁸ are in the province beyond⁵⁶⁷⁵ the River⁵¹⁰³, even all³⁶⁰⁶ those who know³⁰⁴⁶ the laws¹⁸⁸² of your God⁴²⁶; and you may teach³⁰⁴⁶ anyone who¹⁷⁶⁸ is ignorant³⁸⁰⁹^,³⁰⁴⁶ of them.
			Ezra 7:26 "Whoever³⁶⁰⁵ will not observe⁵⁶⁴⁸ the law¹⁸⁸² of your God⁴²⁶ and the law¹⁸⁸² of the king⁴⁴³⁰, let judgment¹⁷⁸⁰ be executed⁵⁶⁴⁸ upon him strictly⁶²⁹, whether²⁰⁰⁶ for death⁴¹⁹³ or²⁰⁰⁶ for banishment⁸³³² or²⁰⁰⁶ for confiscation⁶⁰⁶⁵ of goods⁵²³² or for imprisonment⁶¹³."

			Dan 2:13 So the decree¹⁸⁸² went⁵³¹² forth⁵³¹² that the wise²⁴⁴⁵ men²⁴⁴⁵ should be slain⁶⁹⁹²; and they looked¹¹⁵⁶ for Daniel¹⁸⁴¹ and his friends²²⁶⁹ to kill⁶⁹⁹² them.

			Dan 6:5 Then¹¹⁶ these⁴⁷⁹ men¹⁴⁰⁰ said⁵⁶⁰, "We will not find⁷⁹¹² any³⁶⁰⁶ ground⁵⁹³¹ of accusation⁵⁹³¹ against this¹⁸³⁶ Daniel¹⁸⁴¹ unless^3861b we find⁷⁹¹² it against⁵⁹²² him with regard to the law¹⁸⁸² of his God⁴²⁶."
			Dan 6:8 "Now³⁷⁰⁵, O king⁴⁴³⁰, establish⁶⁹⁶⁶ the injunction⁶³³ and sign⁷⁵⁶⁰ the document³⁷⁹² so¹⁷⁶⁸ that it may not be changed⁸¹³³, according to the law¹⁸⁸² of the Medes⁴⁰⁷⁶ and Persians⁶⁵⁴⁰, which¹⁷⁶⁸ may not be revoked⁵⁷⁰⁹."
			Dan 6:12 Then¹¹⁶ they approached⁷¹²⁷ and spoke⁵⁶⁰ before⁶⁹²⁵ the king⁴⁴³⁰ about⁵⁹²² the king's⁴⁴³⁰ injunction⁶³³, "Did you not sign⁷⁵⁶⁰ an injunction⁶³³ that any³⁶⁰⁶ man⁶⁰⁶ who¹⁷⁶⁸ makes¹¹⁵⁶ a petition¹¹⁵⁶ to any³⁶⁰⁶ god⁴²⁶ or man⁶⁰⁶ besides^3861b^,⁴⁴⁸¹ you, O king⁴⁴³⁰, for thirty^8533b days³¹¹⁸, is to be cast⁷⁴¹² into the lions'⁷⁴⁴ den¹³⁵⁸?" The king⁴⁴³⁰ replied⁶⁰³², "The statement⁴⁴⁰⁶ is true^3330a, according to the law¹⁸⁸² of the Medes⁴⁰⁷⁶ and Persians⁶⁵⁴⁰, which¹⁷⁶⁸ may not be revoked⁵⁷⁰⁹."
			Dan 6:15 Then¹¹⁶ these⁴⁷⁹ men¹⁴⁰⁰ came⁷²⁸⁴ by agreement⁷²⁸⁴ to the king⁴⁴³⁰ and said⁵⁶⁰ to the king⁴⁴³⁰, "Recognize³⁰⁴⁶, O king⁴⁴³⁰, that it is a law¹⁸⁸² of the Medes⁴⁰⁷⁶ and Persians⁶⁵⁴⁰ that no³⁶⁰⁶^,³⁸⁰⁹ injunction⁶³³ or statute⁷⁰¹⁰ which¹⁷⁶⁸ the king⁴⁴³⁰ establishes⁶⁹⁶⁶ may be changed⁸¹³³."
