Does Abinadab or Eleazar belong to the priestly line?

Bible Answer: It depends on which Abinadab and Eleazar you are talking about.
Since you are referred to 1 Sam 7:21 your seem to be talking of Eleazar the son of Abinadab in whose house the Ark of the covenant resided after it was released from the Philistines.
That would be Abinadab #1 and Eleazar #2 from the list below.
So in answer to your question, Yes they were of the tribe of Levities the priestly line.
