Bible Question (short): Evil Spirits from God? |
Question (full): I've searched and found many comments and questions about the Evil Spirit sent to Saul in 1 Sam 16:14. There of course are lots of responses, but none seem to address the questions that I have below: 1. As new testament Christians do we have to worry about our sin causing God to send an Evil Spirit to us? 2. In the cases in scripture where God sent an evil spirit, do you think that the receiver of the spirit was accountable to God for the additional sins that the spirit caused them to commit? Thanks, Chad |
