Bible Question (short): Explain Boaz's and Ruth's relationship. |
Question (full): I am trying to fully understand the law of "Kinship Redemption" as it relates to Ruth and Boaz. I know it had something to do w/ property rights that women didn't have so Boaz married her. I have no clue about how the other male relative who wanted the land but not the wife (Ruth) fits into the law. Can you help me or steer me in the right direction for a fuller understanding? |
