Bible Question:  Why does Paul have two main sections in many of his letters: a theology/doctrinal section and an ethical section?

Bible Answer:  Great question! Paul had much to tell and was never able to completely give the fullness of the God's work of redemption from Genesis to the cross. What he had not covered or needed addressing from what he had learned, he gave the doctrinal answer, then moved to application. It's an effective teaching method.
