Bible Question: In the bible the "7" means completion and "8" means new beginning. The "5" is referred to as grace. Can you explain why "5" is referred as grace. |
Bible Answer: At the risk of revealing my ignorance, I'd like to ask. If 7 means completion, then how could 8 mean a new beginning? It would seem that there would be no 8 if it is as you state. I'm sure that somewhere, somehow your question has a basis of validity. I'm really looking forward to finding out where and how. As to what the number 5 has to do with grace... Not that, I am really looking forward to finding out... I'll admit, I have yet to thoroughly "study" the entire Word, particularily the book of Revelations. I do remember various references to the number 2 as in "where two or mor are gathered in my name...," the number 3 as in the Trinity, the number"s" 6 as in the mark of the beast, and the number 7 as in the seven seals etc. This brings to mind another question. Yours is about 5; what about 4? Just pondering. I'm sure someone has a serious answer. I hope so anyway. I really want to see it. George |
