| Bible Question: I have a Niece who was 6 weeks old, she passed away from SIDS, she was never baptized. There are a few members of my family who believe since she was never baptized she has gone to hell. I believe is she is with GOD. My question is, where in the bible can a read to ease this pain I feel when I am told you have to be baptized to go to heaven? |

Bible Answer: The theif in the cross went to heaven and he wasn't baptized but at hhiis last moments believe who Jesus was. Luke 23::39-43. Let the little children come unto me, and do not forbid them; for such is the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 19:14 Mark 10:14-15 God loves little children! Titus 2:11 says that HE brings his salvation to ALL man. How I do not know but HE does. Baptism is for when a person accepts Jesus in his heart. Then that person should go to get baptized. Acts 2:38... Mark 16:16 says That he who believes and is baptized will be saved. He who DOES NOT BELIEVE will be condemned. Using the above verses, I do believe that your 6 week old niece is with Jesus. Hope these verses will ease your pain! Seedling |
