Question (full): I have heard it said that the difference between tribulation and the wrath of God is: Tribulation is Satan's wrath The wrath of God is God's anger which will come upon the ungodly. Anyone care to comment? Here is a few verses with the words "tribulation" and "wrath" Mt 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Rev. 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 1Thess. 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. 1Thess. 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Rev. 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
