Bible Answer: Look about you. Look at the night sky. Look at the intricacies of your own body. When we look at the world and see the miracles of life. The animals, fish, insects, and us this cannot be the result of an accident. It is easy to believe what you can see. But God is not interested in us believing in what we can see. God wants us to walk by faith. He tells us faith is the only thing that pleases Him. To believe in what we can see does not require faith. John 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Why because we believe by faith. We walk by faith. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Here is a analogy to ponder. I live in brighton Mi, 16 miles from Ann Arbor, MI. From my room Ann Arbor is invisible to me because I can not see it. But it is there all the same. God is here I just cannot see Him. Think about it. |
